Going from 237 to 141 pounds allows me to go hiking every day

Three years ago, when my husband and I moved house I was excited about all the new outdoor activities we could do. Our new locality had the perfect climate for enjoying hiking and biking trails.

The only problem was: I weighed 237 pounds and I was so embarrassed I didn’t even want to leave the house.

Before we moved, I had experienced rapid, weight gain that no one could explain.

Having consulted with several doctors and undergone numerous tests they just told me everything was normal even though I was carrying all this excess weight that I just couldn’t get rid of.

I felt hopeless, miserable and depressed and became less and less active.

But getting a haircut changed everything!!

My hairdresser told me about this odd metabolism trigger she calls her “Morning Fix” and I decided to check it out for myself.

After trying every diet imaginable and feeling hopeless because nothing worked I was a bit sceptical it seemed too easy. But it was worth a try there was nothing to lose except those stubborn pounds and if it was that easy it would be foolish of me not to try it.
